Baby Sensory & Massage Course
This 6 week course is a beautiful blend of baby massage and sensory play – created to give you and your little one calm, joyful moments together. Each week, you’ll learn simple, soothing massage techniques that can help your baby relax, sleep better, and even ease colic or tummy troubles. Alongside this, you’ll dive into playful sensory activities – bubbles, colours, textures, music, and movement – that spark curiosity and gently support your baby’s brain and body development.
Baby & Infant Emergency Know-How Workshop
A practical, parent-friendly workshop covering choking, fevers and seizures, common illnesses, injuries, allergic reactions and when to seek help, giving you the know-how to feel more prepared when the unexpected happens.
Baby Sensory and Massage Course
Cuddle & Connect Baby Sensory & Massage is a relaxed 6-week course designed for you and your baby to slow down, connect and enjoy some special time together.
Each week we combine gentle baby massage with simple sensory experiences using touch, movement, sound, colour and play. You’ll gradually learn a full baby massage routine while discovering fun ways to support your baby’s development, body awareness and connection with you.
There’s no pressure for babies to behave a certain way. Feeding, cuddles, crying, sleeping and taking a break are all part of the session.
You’ll also take home simple ideas and activities from each week, giving you plenty of ways to continue the massage, sensory play and connection at home.
A lovely opportunity to spend focused time with your baby, learn something new and meet other parents along the way.
Baby & Infant Emergency Know-How Workshop
Baby & Infant Emergency Know-How is a practical, parent-friendly workshop designed to help you feel more confident knowing what to do when the unexpected happens.
During the workshop we cover how to recognise an emergency, choking in babies under one, what to do if your baby isn’t breathing, fevers and seizures, common illnesses, bumps, burns and bruises, allergies and reactions, and what’s useful to have in your baby first aid kit. We’ll also talk about trusting your instincts and when to seek further help.
You’ll see a CPR and resuscitation demonstration and have plenty of opportunity to ask questions along the way.
There are no tests or qualifications to worry about. The focus is simply on giving parents and caregivers practical knowledge they can take home and hopefully feel a little more prepared should they ever need it.
